The Innovation Exchange have just published draft details of their Next Practice programme, and the NESTA Fund to which is it will provide access.
Eligibility
They are looking for fledgling projects that are more than just one person’s bright idea and which genuinely need their help to develop, evaluate and grow their work. So, you might be a social entrepreneur working in a single location or you might be a national charity, developing a new, innovative stream of work.
What For?The Innovation Exchange Fund and Next Practice programme intend to with the very best of third sector innovation in relation to independent living and excluded young people. They aim to help third sector innovators to develop, evaluate and grow their work.
They will do this by offering a combination of in-kind support and funding. In-kind support will involve some generic elements – coaching support and a small number of events – and bespoke support, designed around projects’ particular characteristics.
How Much?
They will publish final details of the application form on Friday, 13th June, based on your feedback and comments on the criteria and selection process. However, they do not intend to alter the fundamental focus of the Fund or the Next Practice programme. As a result, the draft criteria and application form on their website will provide a useful sense of what they are looking for and what expressions of interest will need to contain.
