DC10plus is a collaborative network of local authorities and partners dedicated to creating partnerships, sharing best practice and developing new initiatives. It was initially formed from the finalists of the Digital Challenge competition.
Aim
It aims to promote social inclusion through the use of technology. The DC10plus vision is to be a network for change; helping local authorities and their service delivery partners to empower people and connect through technology and innovation.

It has identified seven key activities which underpin itsvision and ongoing strategy:

- Communities building capacity
- Regional Engagement
To coincide with their second year of activity,they have introduced a new and improved website: www.dc10plus.net
To encourage interaction and contributions from visitors, the web site is based on a content management system (CMS) and has been designed to allow plenty of scope for visitors to contribute to the digital inclusion debate through the blog and also by submitting content.
