Some excellent news on the event which is being held on 20th March in Taunton, and aims to provide some added support to third sector organisations during the recession. We have some real stars of the sector coming along to share their work, views and support -
Miles Maier from LASA in London (and Regional ICT Champion) will be running the Accidental Techies workshop and sharing his vast experience of working in support of the sector including work in circuit rider projects and in developing new ways to support those in organisations with ICT support on their minds.
Paul Ruskin from AfL Cambridge (and Regional ICT Champion) will be running the Development Workers workshop. Paul brings major levels of experience and knowledge about work in supporting those with a development worker background, and has also been a key player in his region in developing infrastructure support at sub-regional level.
Sarah Stevenson from COSMIC will be running the Managers and Trustees workshop and will be using her years of experience in delivering workshops to organisations and senior decision-makers to provide ideas for good practice, sound planning and effective use of resources.
