There is a good range of suppliers and organisations which provide ICT services around the region, many of whom are already working closely with the third sector. The SW ICT group was a part of the IDP (Infrastructure Development Partnership) structure and brought together ICT specialists from around the region working in the sector. As part of the full review being conducted by Capacity Builders at the time, the work of the SW ICT Group was reviewed and no further funding is currently available to continue with its meetings. The Regional ICT Champion continues to liaise closely with key people in the region who play a role in ICT developments, including former members of this group.
